Posting Service Conditions

First: THE CONTRACTOR authorizes PIEDMONT  during the term of   this contract  to insert on PIEDMONT website information, images, and videos, of the products uses by PIEDMONT promotion, as well as in any other site uses by PIEDMONT for the dissemination of PIEDMONT website.
Second: PIEDMONT party is only required to insert and disclose the products object of this contract during the term contracted. Until the end of the contract, PIEDMONT will use the information and images provided by THE CONTRACTOR without any change of the information supplied.  Although, PIEDMONT reserves the right to make some changes for a better understanding of the readibility of the product promotion. The original language used will be Spanish. PIEDMONT will not be responsible for the readability in another language.
Third: THE CONTRACTOR certifies that the products published on PIEDMONT websites have legal origin and THE CONTRACTOR is entitled to sell it. Likewise, THE CONTRACTOR agrees that all information and images published are  THE CONTRACTOR  responsibility. THE CONTRACTOR release PIEDMONT from any responsibility for the veracity of the information and images display on any website uses by PIEDMONT.
Fourth: THE CONTRACTOR declares that has read and accepts the terms and conditions, as well as, the rules of privacy and use of cookies on the different websites used by PIEDMONT for the promotion of PIEDMONT services.
