Setting your Personal Profile

1. 1. 1. 1. Select your profile menu. Go to Profile Manager
            
         2. Review and modify all your profile information
            

Review your Membership Status

Here you can review all the information about your membership. If you want, you can change your plan now.

Verify your Dealer ID

Be a verified dealer!
You only need a single ID to verify your status now

Setting your Store

Follow the next steps:

1. 1. Select setting on your dashboard main menu. Go to Store Settings
      
   2. Review and modify your store information
      
   3. Review and modify your brand information
      

Add New Products

Select Product at your home menu. Go to Manage Product

Ex. Products Dashboard

• Click on add new product and complete the information requested for each product.
  
  Important clues to consider:
  • Insert a very short title
    Ex: “2013 Deere 640H”
  • If possible, fill out the entire form
    Only Stock # is required. But, it is advisable to fill out all items.
  •  Write a very short description of the product.
    Ex. “Loader Backhoe 4×4 105 HP.Extended backhoe. Ready to work. ”
    If you want use some spanish phrases see in Spanish Common Terminology section.  NOTE: You don’t mind to write your description only in english. Just add all the information that you can in the specification items. These already are tranlated.
  • Select Category, brand and location of the product in the boxes on the right. For each case, select the main title and the dependencies by following the green arrow, Ex .:
    Category & Sub-category: Construction> Skid
    Mark & Model: Caterpillar> 930
    Country-State & City: United States> Florida> Miami
• Select the Specifications tab at the bottom
  
  Add all the specifications you can. This will help the buyer to have more information about your product. Click on the green arrow to select previously registered options. You can also add new terms if you do not find the one that corresponds to your product. Please, don’t forget to select the options “active”  and “visible on the product”, for each specification you want to display.

Now you can build short descriptions like:

English: “Excavator. As new. Just painted. Good engine. No leakage. Ready to work.”

Spanish: “Excavadora. Como nueva. Recien pintada. Sin fugas. Lista para trabajar.

NOTE: You don’t mind to write your description only in english. Just add all the information that you can in the specification items. These already are tranlated.

Important: use short description by using specifications without any label. Ex: “Excavator 4WD, 145 Hp @2000 rpm, engine CAT 3266, Diesel, 3.9l”
